Leadership Discipleship Coaching
Leadership Discipleship Coaching exists to equip local church leaders to disciple and shepherd the women within their own churches through The Heart's Path Leadership Workbooks. Our desire is not simply to provide curriculum, but to help leaders create safe, Christ-centered spaces where women can bring their hearts to Jesus and experience healing, growth, and transformation.
We believe the most effective leaders are those who have first walked the journey themselves. Because these workbooks, especially the Inner Heart Healing Workbook invite women into vulnerable places of reflection and healing, leadership discipleship must happen first. For this reason, The Heart's Path workbooks are initially available only as a Leadership Bundle that includes both the participant workbook and the Leader's Guide.
Our goal is not simply to hand leaders a study to facilitate, but to intentionally equip and disciple them as they walk through the material personally, receive guidance and support, and learn how to create environments where women feel safe to share, heal, and grow. We believe healthy leaders create healthy groups, and leaders who have first allowed Jesus to work in their own hearts are better prepared to humbly walk alongside others on their own Heart's Path toward wholeness in Christ.
Once the Leadership Bundle has been completed, churches may purchase additional individual participant workbooks for as many women as they are discipling. This model allows leaders to be personally equipped first and then confidently lead others through The Heart's Path journey of healing, restoration, and transformation.

2.Allow Jesus to do His work in your own heart.
3.Receive coaching, guidance, and clarification.
4.Lead others from a place of authenticity and wholeness.
Leaders are encouraged to first complete the workbook personally, allowing Jesus to minister to their own hearts and bring healing and greater wholeness. From that place of personal transformation, leaders receive guidance, support, and practical tools to confidently lead others.
Discipleship is not meant to be done alone. It is walking alongside one another—encouraging, challenging, praying together, and helping one another take deeper steps with Jesus. It is creating relationships where people feel safe to be known, grow in their faith, and be lovingly guided toward Christ.
Because of the vulnerable nature of these workbooks, every Leadership Workbook Bundle includes a complimentary one-hour coaching session with Mona. This personalized session is designed to help leaders process their own journey through the workbook, ask questions, gain clarity on facilitation and group dynamics, and learn how to create environments where women feel safe to share and heal.
